Julie Ann (Morrow) Sims, 52, of York, PA died Monday, December 12, 2016 at her home.  Born July 9, 1964 in Westminster, MD, she was the daughter of the late John G. Morrow and the late Dorothy H. Lambert.

            Julie was a graduate of Westminster High School.  She was employed as a receptionist at Koons Toyota in Westminster several years ago.  She enjoyed spending time with her children, her grandchildren, and her dog.   

            Surviving are son, Joshua Hobbs of Newark, DE; daughter, Shalie Sims of Fairfield, PA; sister, Bina Allgood of Falling Waters, WV; brother, Mark Miller and wife Cindy of Westminster, MD; grandchildren, Joshua Hobbs, Jr. and Camden Hobbs; and several nieces and nephews.

            A memorial service to celebrate Julie’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 9, 2017 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 210 W. Main St., Emmitsburg, MD.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
