Russell E Devilbiss, age 64 quietly and surrounded by his loved ones passed away in his home in St. Cloud FL on March 13, 2016. Surviving him is his wife Jacquelyn, his children Russell Jr., Ted Devilbiss, Rachel Hussain, Amy Devilbiss, Rebecca Marsh, Ryan Devilbiss. Grandchildren Russell III, Blake, Ashley, Christian, Samuel, Abigail, Great Granddaughter Shelby and his beloved dog Blaze. Russell was born in Frederick, MD, son of the late Harry E Devilbiss and surviving him his mother Betty Fritz Nusbaum. Paternal grandparents: Wilbur H and Blanche Devilbiss. He moved to Florida in the late 1960's, residing in Sanford, Deltona and the last 25 years in St. Cloud. He had spent most of his working career in the trucking industry from his father's trucking company in Sanford to hauling hazardous waste for Chem Con/Perma Fix as a long haul driver. Known as Boozle and Mopey, he retired from Perma Fix in 2006. Russell was a loving and proud husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a "wonderful" friend. His smile and quick witted sense of humor will truly be missed by all! He will be interred at the family cemetery (St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery) in Uniontown Maryland on July 26, 2016 at 10:00 AM, with Rev. Anne C. Durboraw officiating. A private celebration of his life with family and friends was held in April. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Cancer Society in his name.
